I would like to take this opportunity to share my experiences while utilizing MED-FLEX as a contractor to handle our medical waste disposal needs. MED-FLEX has provided us with outstanding service for over two years now.

We process approximately 1.7 Million pounds of medical waste, on site, yearly at my facility. MED-FLEX provides us with the back up service required when processing equipment is out of service for maintenance and part replacement. This occurs about 30 days of the year and sometimes at the most inconvenient time. MED-FLEX has always been there to provide us with timely service at a reasonable fee. They are always willing to provide us with trailers to store waste if we are behind in processing or completely take over disposal needs.

Representatives are always available by phone and always meet our needs. The paperwork trail is handled accurately, well within the time frames required by the state. MED-FLEX provides us with the type of service you can only get from an Owner/Operator company that is truly concerned with its customers needs.
